Foundation & Family Legacy
Lawrence Hampton founded ALM Services, LLC in 2010 alongside his children — Samantha, Dylan, and Kyle — after an extensive career as a commercial construction project director managing multi-million-dollar asbestos abatement and mold remediation projects. What began as a vision to build a lasting family legacy has grown into one of Arizona’s most trusted names in specialty demolition, disaster recovery, and environmental remediation.
Today, ALM Services remains deeply family-oriented while maintaining 24/7 rapid response capabilities for commercial and residential clients. Lawrence continues to direct complex projects while actively passing down his decades of industry knowledge to his family and certified team.
